Immigration policy moves fast. By the time most firms see a USCIS update, the content opportunity has passed. I built automated monitoring systems that ensure I’m among the first to know when something changes.

50+ Pages monitored
<5min Alert latency
24/7 Automated coverage

The Problem

USCIS and regulatory agencies publish updates across dozens of pages with no reliable notification system. Manually checking these sources is tedious and easy to miss. Firms that react faster to policy changes build authority; those that lag blend into the noise.

The System

I use ChangeDetection.io to monitor key government pages (USCIS policy alerts, processing times, fee announcements) and trigger n8n workflows when changes are detected.

  1. 1

    Monitor

Track target URLs for text changes across USCIS, DOL, and DOS websites.

  2. 2

    Filter

Identify substantive updates while ignoring minor formatting changes.

  3. 3

    Analyze

Generate LLM-powered summary of what changed and why it matters.

  4. 4

    Alert

Send Slack/email notification with draft content angles.

  5. 5

    Archive

Log changes to a searchable database for trend analysis.

Why This Matters

I’ve developed a repeatable system I can deploy for any client who wants to own their topic. The same architecture works for monitoring competitor content, regulatory filings, case law updates, or industry news.
