My Story

My journey into technology began not in a computer science classroom, but while working with refugee communities in Turkey and the attorneys working to represent them. In this work, I witnessed firsthand the gaps between those who need information and those who have it.

That experience shaped my approach to building products: start with the people you’re trying to help, understand their constraints and contexts, and then figure out if and how technology can bridge the gap.

During my time at the Refugee Solidarity Network, I wore many hats: researcher, project manager, developer. I wrote policy reports that influenced advocacy strategies, built dashboards that made complex asylum data more accessible, and explored the frontier of AI in humanitarian contexts.

In 2025, I brought this expertise to the business immigration sector. The skills transfer was natural: immigration systems are complex everywhere, and people navigating them—whether asylum seekers or business professionals—deserve clear guidance and effective tools.

What excites me most is the challenge of taking complex problems and creating tools that make them approachable.

I’m always interested in connecting with others who are working on meaningful problems. Whether you’re building tools for complex systems, exploring responsible AI, or just want to chat about the intersection of technology and human-centered design, I’d love to hear from you.

What Drives Me

Impact Over Output

I measure success by the real-world change created, not just the features shipped. Every product decision starts with the question: who does this help?

Accessible by Design

Technology should lower barriers, not raise them. I prioritize making complex information and tools accessible to those who need them most.

Research-Informed Building

Good products start with deep understanding. I combine rigorous research with iterative development to build solutions grounded in real needs.
